Franchising Support - Location Assistance

Location Assistance - Finding the perfect location

At grabbagreen we understand that finding the right location for your new business is one of the most important steps in your journey. Our site review and real estate education process is designed to assist you through this critical stage.

Upon execution of your grabbagreen franchise agreement, you will be contacted by our Director of Real Estate. During this initial Real Estate Education call our experienced team will answer any questions you may have as you begin exploring potential sites in your market. We have a detailed site review process to ensure your potential grabbagreen site meets our brand standards and industry criteria.

With the help and support of your real estate broker and Kahala’s Real Estate Team, you will be able to submit a site packet to the grabbagreen review team. Upon authorization of your preferred site, our team will send out the notice that you may proceed to begin the lease process and eventually enter into the construction phase.
